As part of our heat exchanger restorations services, we include tube-sheet and water-box coatings for rebuild and repair of damaged and worn surfaces.

As applicators of 100% solids epoxies we know the value of working with high quality products. The products are solvent free with high functionality and designed particularly as a protective coating for metals in immersion service. This produces tough chemical resistant low friction coatings that are ideally suited for aggressive water service and suitable for moderate acid and caustic service, and are excellent at elevated temperatures. The absence of volatile solvents is a big plus for health and safety issues as most applications are indoors.

Our epoxy coating as applied to tube sheets and water boxes of a condenser on sea water cooling. Plastic debris strainers (black denotes lined tubes) were then fitted to the tube inlets to prevent the ingress of foreign objects which could cause tube failure in service.
