We undertake tube sheet restoration, tube cleaning, bundle fabrication and re-tubing.

We have developed proprietary repair systems utilising tube inserts,  full length tube liners and state-of-the-art protective coatings.  With certain designs of heat exchanger we can repair damaged tubes while the plant remains on-stream and in production.

We have an ongoing R&D Programme that provides continuous improvements in techniques, tooling and methodologies. Our latest success, the culmination of 5 years effort, allows us to offer clients the option of full-length tube lining in thin-walled Titanium, where corrosion and/or erosion are the main failure factors in heat exchanger or condenser tubes.

If you are considering re-tubing your heat exchangers, then do not do so until you have spoken to us.  Full length tube liners are a better solution, which is safer and cheaper than re-tubing and can be completed in a fraction of the time, reducing production losses to a minimum.
